For many of us, from the time we wake up in the morning until the time we fall into bed at night, we are rushing from one thing to the next. But the truth is the busier we are, the more stressed and less effective we become.
Most of my life has been spent rushing from one thing to the next—always planning and worrying. And then, one day, my body just couldn’t handle it anymore. When I sought answers, the practitioners called what I was experiencing adrenal fatigue. And I was told there was only one way for me to truly heal: I had to slow down.
That was the start of my journey. A journey that has lead me to becoming a certified professional Integral Coach, a yoga and meditation teacher, and a developer of programs for others with a desire to slow down and live more intentionally.
